Low-Complexity Beamforming Design for Full-Duplex Relay-Assisted Cooperative NOMA

In this paper, we propose a beamforming design method for cooperative NOMA downlink system wherein relay node assisting far user operates in full-duplex mode to achieve high spectral efficiency. The proposed method, based on the zero-forcing (ZF) principle, suppresses both self-interference and inter-user interference. Simulation results show that is considerably superior conventional transmit ZF achieving performance comparable of optimum while reducing complexity.
